Here's two real Georgia juleps, prepared quite late in the peach season.
Recipe:
2 bourbon
2 peach juice (I had infused the bourbon)
Muddled mint
Lots of crushed ice
(Brown sugar to sweeten if your peach doesn't cut it.)
Serve in a pewter mug.
